The loss of Mike is tragic for all. I will forever miss his humor and the mikeisms (name calling and making fun of people, including myself) as I call them. I had a lot of good times and laughs with him and I am honored to have had him as a friend. I will also be eternally grateful for the all the help and advice he gave me through the years and also in him taking care of my parents whenever they stopped by. Pete, Paul, Karen and Kim: Our deepest sympathies go out to all of you. We will remember you in our prayers and keep you all in our thoughts. Mike was "one of a kind". John and I we will miss him. Mike always made you feel like you were more than just a customer. I will miss our conversations and always knew when I was stopping in to get gas or to schedule an appointment, I would be there a good 30 minutes chatting and laughing. Mike always told me that he saw my car go by the garage too many times a day, and that I should stay home more and "shop and mop and cook and clean". That was Mike!! He always went above and beyond and had patience and time for anyone who stopped in with a problem (even when I would stop by and he would ask me "what imaginary noise" I heard in my car that day!!). Mike, I am sure the heavens will be a much more lively place with you there now!! When the sun is shining down on us, I know it will be you!

Michael, your brothers and yourself shared some hysterical times at our local watering hole in Ansonia years back, and every time I drove by the garage and beeped, you all still knew who it was. you all added a lot of laughter to my life, as well as everyone else your family has touched and we thank you, and are eternally greatful for all the good times. We WILL share those days again, just in a different place. For now I hope you are at peace, and embracing this new journey in your path. May Peter, Paul, and your sisters find solace in knowing that this is another step, and it's o.k. My brother passed on November 24, 1994 at the age of 34. It's been 16 years, and i cannot promise it gets better, it just becomes easier to deal with. I think of him every day, and look up at the sky, and say hello. He would have been 50 this past November 17th. it's ironic, and I am sure you are both together in a place so beautiful, that one day we will all be together again to enjoy the beauty. I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Mike. I was far from one of his most profitable customers, but he always went out of his way for me when I needed anything done, however small.
