Well its been 5 years almost.Feel the ssme wsy i did when u left us. Heartbroken. And alone missing your voice your laughter. Its been tough going on then loosing bob 3 years later. You and i were alwsys close we shated laughter n crazyness. Sometimes i dont know how i go.on. i midd you.you never got a chance to.meet your granddon. I havent either but seen pics he is beautiful. I know your watching from above. How am i doing? Till we meet again save me a space.rip love u so.much

My condolences to his 2 daughters, Melissa & Mandy.. his brothers & sisters- my mom (Pat), Aunt Kathy, Uncle Kenny, Uncle Bobby, Aunt Renee & Aunt Linda. To all the nieces & nephews he left behind, and all the friends who were lucky to know him.. we lost an amazing part of the family, but please remember that you were his world and remember how wonderful it was to have him in yours. Raymond was about 9 or 10 whwn i met him. I was (and still am) his sister Pattie's friend. I sspent a lot of time at their house, especially on summer vacations from school. One memory is still vivid to me and I'll never forget it. Ray was in a drum and bugle sorps and he played the drum with those big sticks with the ball at the end. They had a big round pool with a redwood deck. One hot summer day Pat and I were sunning ourselves on the eck and Ray decided to come up on the deck to practice his drumming. Naturally we told him to syop. Being the typical little brother he came right over to us and drummed some more finishing off with a whack on my head. I didn't see Ray much after he grew up and his sisters moved to Maine, but on the few occasions I did we always had some laughs reminiscing about the old days. I believe that Ray has been reunited with Craig and his other loved ones and is at peace I pray for peace ans comfort for his girls and the rest of his family through this vwey difficult time. Ray will live on in all of our hearts.

thru the years you have showed love compassion and laughter. I will never forget when u were there for me as a little girl and a grown woman struggling to find myself and help me realize its not the label of sister,brother or aunt,uncle or neice,nephew or cousin it is who you are inside and how you love who you are and the people around you.things have been difficult at times but you will always be the big brother to me at 9 10 11 yrs old going to my soccer games and rooting for me.that will always be in my memory so proud to have you there. as an adult you have helped me thru more things then i can count and my daughters will always love you for everything you have done advice that you gave and just plain being there to talk to when they needed it most. my daughter tricia couldnt have said it more perfectly in her poem. He was an amazing man. I remember when I was a senior in high school, and I was having a lot of trouble with prom. I had gone through four prom dates before finally convincing my best friend to take me. But we didn't have a way to get there. And the location was about thirty to fourty five minutes away. Ray let us use his truck. My prom would not have been possible if it weren't for his kindness. I remember hims joking with me and telling me he filled the toolbox with beer. Which he didn't, but I know he was just trying to make me laugh. We will all miss him. And from my family and I, here's a little something for him. [You can shed tears that he is gone or you can smile because he has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that he'll come back or you can open your eyes and see all he's left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see him or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember him and only that he's gone or you can cherish his memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back or you can do what he'd want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.] We love you uncle Ray. You will be dearly missed. <3

Ray was a kind and loving man he was someone you were proud to call a friend,someone you could count on if you needed help. Ray enjoyed coaching little league, playing santa as well as the easter bunny for the kids. Ray loved baseball, football, music, walks on the beach,cooking and spending time with friends and family.Ray had to overcome many obstacle's in his life but none as hard as the one that would take his life.Ray fought with all he had this last five months the pain the chemotherapy and still he never complained. Ray was a part of my life for many years and I was blessed to have him in it. Ray I love you with all my heart and I always will. Love Susan

MY brother Ray came from a family of 7 brothers and sisters. We all loved each other alot. We played and we wrestled together in our living room. Xmas was always crazy every year with enough of presents for 8 children. As we grew up Ray and i grew closer. Ray was a drummer for the ct. hurricanes drum corps and loved it.Our family used to go to drum corp competions when he was in it. He was a kind person wouldnt hurt anyone. would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. About 6 months ago Ray was diagnosed with lung cancer and the battle begun. As sick as he was he was trying to stay strong. These last 3 weeks have been very hard for him. His cancer got worse he had a hard time breathing. Ray called me at least twice a week if not more.He gave me a update on his cancer and just wanted to talk with me as we did in the past. I am so glad i was there for him. He was fighting a battle with cancer that no one should ever have to do. He was trying to be strong but the pain was unbearable. I am so glad i was with him these last 3 weeks when he was getting tired of fighting a battle he could not win. He fought to the end. I am so glad i was with him when he took his last breath and now he is with dad and other loved ones. He was strong and was a fighter and still is my hero. I love you Ray i will miss you and someday i will see you again. Love You Sister Pat
