I am shocked and sorrowed deeply by the news of George's passing! I send my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his wife, children, and especially to his brother Eddie and sister Kelley. I hadn't seen George since 1998 or 1999, but for 5 years I was engaged to him in the late 80's to the early 90's. I remember how funny and generous George was, how he loved his cats, (for us it was Boy and Heatie) and how much he cared about his family . I was hoping to find him on Facebook, so imagine my surprise when I found this instead! George was my true first love, he taught me alot about life, love and myself, and for that I will be forever grateful. I am glad he had so much love surrounding him at his passing. My brother died in November, and I wasnt there and I wanted to be but couldnt, so I am glad George had his family to ease him and safely see him on his passage. I will forever love George and hold a piece of him in my heart. Again, my deepest sympathy to his wife and family.
