It's hard to believe a year has gone by....I miss you dear friend. I remember the year we made panoramic Easter eggs...We worked so hard on them and thought they were so beautiful! So many evenings we spent together in PACU waiting for our patients-many good memories. We had some really good times and laughed a lot.........

Debbie, You are a role model as a Woman of deep Faith, kindness and caring, unfailing courage, and passion for life. Dear Amy and Tera, Debbie was a beacon of light that touched so many lives. Her smile says it all...she was such a kind and loving person. I remember coming over when we were little and our moms would talk for hours at the dining room table over "a cup of tea". My mom has spoken so fondly of Debbie. She was one of her best friends from Griffin, and they reunited again in the recent years through the Bereavement group at St. Thomas. Your mom leaves an amazing legacy behind her as she joins your dad in heaven. May they always watch over you both and your beautiful families... God Bless you all.

I also worked with Debbie in the emergency room and she was such a good nurse and such a great person. She always offered to help with no questions and always talked of her girls. She loved her family so much. Even though our paths went different ways, she was always someone you never forgot. So very sorry for your loss. She will be missed

I worked with Debbie in the Griffin emergency room. She was always the sweet calm amongst the storm. She was the kind of nurse every patient deserves, and the kind of person we should strive to be. I'm so sorry for your loss, and for all she suffered. You will all be in my prayers.
