Life Story for Richard W. Yazluk

Mr. Richard W. Yazluk, age 69, beloved husband of Susan (Nardi) Yazluk, of Clermont, FL formerly of Oxford, passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2010 in Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Yazluk was born on March 31, 1940 in Ansonia to the late Walter and Christine (Manzo) Yazluk. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Mr. Yazluk was the longtime businessman in Oxford and was the owner of Yazluk Insurance Agency in Oxford before his retirement to Florida. He was a former member of Oak Lane Country Club in Woodbridge. He was an avid golfer, New York Yankees fan and enjoyed world traveling. In addition to his devoted wife of 46 years, he leaves two loving daughters, Cheryl Boland and her husband James of Sudbury, MA, Leslie Kerwin and her husband John of Oxford, five grandchildren, Kyle and Ryan Boland, Zachary, Spencer and MacKenzie Kerwin. He also leaves his brother, Robert Yazluk of Seymour and his aunt and uncle, Virginia and John Perun of Punta Gorda, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 31 at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Thomas the Apostle, 733 Oxford Road, Oxford. Interment to follow in St. Peter & St. Paul Cemetery, Derby. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richard’s name to the American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
