SEYMOUR, CT: Mable White age 90 of Seymour, CT, formerly of Scranton, PA, she entered peaceful rest on December 20, 2017 at her home with her loving and devoted daughter, Brenda White with whom she resided by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert L. White. Mrs. White was born December 30, 1926 in Scranton, daughter of the late Thomas R., Sr. and Lillian (Hyatt) Davis. Mable was a member of the Seymour Congregational Church; she was retired from the Seymour School System where she worked for many years in the Hot Lunch Program. Mrs. White was a member of Olive Chapter #26, Order of Eastern Star, Seymour. Her brothers, Emerson and Thomas, and sister, Dorcas Davis predeceased her.

Calling Hours are Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour. Interment will be in Abington Hills Cemetery, Abington Township, PA. A Memorial Service in celebration of Mable's life will be announced at a later date.
