BRIDGEPORT, CT: Gary Jessop, age 58 of Bridgeport entered peaceful rest on December 14, 2016 at the Griffin Hospital, Derby. Mr. Jessop was born November 19, 1958 in Bridgeport, son of the late William and Mildred (Fearnley) Jessop. Gary worked as Head Grounds Keeper for the Beardsley Zoo.

Mr. Jessop leaves his loving family including, a son Nicholas Jessop , and a daughter, Kaitlynn Jessop both of Stratford, a sister, Gail Zullo and her husband Ugo of Seymour, Joyce Lenz and her husband George of Bridgeport, and Cindi Mazlin of Stony Brook, NY, and several nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours are Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Park Cemetery. The Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour is entrusted with the arrangements.
