OXFORD, CT: Pamela Joy "Pamla" Pettinella, age 31 of Oxford entered peaceful rest on May 15, 2016; she was the beloved wife of 3 years and was his "ray of sunshine" to Robert T. Pettinella. Pamela was born December 9, 1984 in Derby, loving daughter of John and Karen (Prillipp) Quoka of Oxford. Mrs. Pettinella was the Manager of Pettinella Painting and Maintenance Services of Oxford, and had previously worked at Oxford Paint and Hardware. She had a love of cars and animals, and enjoyed snowmobiling. Pamela was a very talented artist, especially with her expertise in faux finishes and interior painting. Pamela will be fondly remembered as having "a kind and gentle soul".

In addition to her husband and parents, Pamela leaves her loving family including her grandmother, Dorothy Prillipp of Oxford,, her step-son, Jared Pettinella and step-daughter, Lauren Pettinella both of Oxford, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling Hours will be Friday, May 20, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour. A Funeral Service in celebration of Pamela's life will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
